The salesman was k owledgeable but not pushy and gave us time to make a decision.

Dean met us at the door, with a friendly greeting and was extremely professional throughout, listening to out needs and wasn't pushy. An absolute credit to your company. Couldn't be more helpful. Additionally the staff were excellent with my children when we were completing the paperwork, not sure of the guys name, but a mature gent, who took the time to speak to out children, my son Thomas was very happy as he said his dad's name was also Tommy. Again an absolute gent and credit to the company.

Very good customer service and felt comfortable talking about what I needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a Jew matteress to go and look in dreams first

We were extremely impressed with the knowledge and help Tyrone gave us and with the courteous and friendly way he treated us.

The store was clinically clean so we felt safe. Our assistant had great knowledge and personality that is lacking in many large stores. Your bed experience was very helpful with our need of correct mattress for both of us. When paying a very professional area with drinks to aid what can be a stressful experience. Delivery was so well organised that we cannot now wait for our new mattress. Delivery also in line with our decoration being finished. Thank you for a great shop

The Dreams member of staff at the Peterborough store gave us the opportunity to use the apparatus to check the type of mattress that would be best for us. He then showed us the different types of mattresses available. The procedures in place for social distancing, health and safety etc. at the store were excellent. The range and quality of mattresses on display was also very good. We were looking for a mattress for our main bedroom and also for the guest bedroom and we purchased both at the Dreams Peterborough store last Sunday 23 May 2021. Delivery date and time quoted was fine for us.

1-2-1 service was brilliant, Tyrone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I think we were easily convinced in the end. We didn't go in expecting to spend 1100 on a mattress, but the man who served explained why it was an important investment and it changed our viewpoint. The diagnostics test was interesting, and then the range of products that resulted was also good. He was very knowledgeable about the problems we were having sleeping (dead arms etc), and provided sound recommendations. He was an advocate of Dreams' products, and that really came through (He was also very patient with our hyperactive 2 year old)
