I was highly satisfied with the reception I received, and the conduct of the salesman. I bought the products I required, and took out the extended warranty. Until I get the Mattresses, Headboards and Bases I ordered I cannot explain further. I just hope, in these days, the products are not damaged in anyway, I trusted the salesman who I dealt with. Come back to me when this is all delivered and I am happy to comment further. Thank you.

The main issue was availability of the original bed I wanted - it would be available but it’s delivery date was potentially in a few months time and hence I felt compelled to choose an item (a more expensive item) which would be delivered within a couple of weeks. I do not believe this is the fault of the salesperson but was the reason I was not fully satisfied with my experience
