Due to Covid 19 situation and having to wear a mask I had to repeat my self several times. Also salesman said he had to input details twice which seemed a waste of time

There was no opportunity to negotiate price or a discount. I have always purchased beds, mattresses and pillows from Dreams over the past 20 years and have spent many thousands of pounds and have been able to get a good deal previously. This is now not available which is disappointing and means I will go to other retailers to see what they can offer. I would prefer to shop at Dreams. The service was excellent. Not being able to discuss the price and not allowing the staff to even apply a small, discretionary discount is highly disappointing.
