Satisfied with the service

I had to chase up the promised invoice.

I was not far off being highly satisfied.

Great salesman, I just didn't like the one year warranty, meaning I had pay for for your extended warranty!

Item was pricey and the delivery time was too long. A whole month. The staff was brilliant though. I know it's not his fault there is non availability of earlier delivery. He also offered me water as it was so hot.

I was not dissatisfied at any time during the visit to the Peterborough store, as we were requesting paying by instalments I knew it would take longer than if we were paying in full. No problems occurred whilst we were waiting to be cleared by the Under writers. All in all I would return to purchase more beds with Dreams. Anne Howell.

Although the service was amazing and the assistance was highly recommended, we were having to wait upto 12 weeks for delivery.

Jay and Tyrone were brilliant at the Peterborough branch. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The other gentleman answered his phone while serving us and I still don't have my receipt as he wrote it down incorrectly.

They have charged me £50 for the mattress protector who h should be free and I am still waiting to hear about the refund for it.

Aaron was extremely helpful. Overall I found your products expensive, and I hope that they are worth the price. Other than that, the experience was pleasant and I would return again after testing the products.
