Because I got the product I wanted, Colin was a real help, friendly and even though it was near the closed time we didn't feel rushed at all, Colin had a good sense of humour and was a pleasure to be served by him, Please thank him for us,

They guys at dreams Peterborough were just so friendly and helpful. Not only did they help us find a bed and mattress with our price range they also kept our granddaughter amused whilst we were trying to decide. Cups of tea included which always gets my vote! Colin, the guy who helped us was lovely. I had a problem trying to use my debit card and even when I got flustered he calmed me down and the sale went through 15 mins later. Really good customer service and we are happy customers And are just waiting for our new bed and mattress to be delivered. Well done Dreams, these guys are the best!

We went to the store not knowing what sort of bed we wanted dean was very helpful and his knowledge of the product range was a deciding factor in our choice

Although staff were extremely helpful, they pounce on you the moment you step into the store. Maybe a friendly introduction of themselves upon entering the store and a simple 'come and get me when you're ready to ask questions' would have sat better with me.

No I was highly satisfied, staff was very good, very helpful, I would recommend to family and friends!!

The woman who greeted us was amazing! She helped us out with everything and was perfect in helping us find the right mattress and frame etc. She knew what she was talking about despite being fairly new to the team. However due to her contract we were unable to make the sale with her, therefore she was unable to receive the commission, instead we had a gentleman who upon realising we was going to make a purchase, pounce on us, he was quite pushy and didnt leave us alone to actually discuss in private. Whilst we did make the sale with him begrudgingly, our experience would have been better if we were able to make the sale with the original lady as she very much deserved it and she was so lovely! In addition, I overheard him offer a free mattress protector to another couple who were purchasing also, but never offered one to us... in the worlwhind of time it took for him to put the order through, I didnt think to ask where is ours, until I got home that night. We were also not offered a drink as others were... for some reason we felt treated different
