Someone was available to help straight away and when we asked questions about the product clearly knew his stuff and gave honest answers. The transaction was completed quickly with no pressure on adding on further items or additions.

The assistant was quickly able to identify the best product for our needs and explained the benefits in a straightforward and competent manner.

The assistant Dean at Peterborough branch was very helpful and he was informative at the purchase i was interested in. It was a pleasant visit and would come and visit Dreams again.

My husband and I had no idea how to start looking for a mattress. Dean asked a few questions then let us try some. Before we knew it we both found a mattress comfortable for both of us.

Dean the salesman gave us his full attention and covered all our needs. We only went browsing and spent over £1000.

We were attended to quickly when we entered the store. Shopping for mattresses with three young children is never easy but despite their noise and interruptions we were made to feel welcome and the salesman also made an effort to involve the children. We were also given further discount on the product we purchased

We were able to purchase a quality bed which will hopefully eased wife's back pain at night.

The salesman listened to our requirements, understood our needs and recommended various alternative items. He was extremely helpful and accepted and processed our order in a timely manner. This is our second purchase of beds from Dreams. We were happy to return and will do so again should we need to buy further beds.

The whole experience was terrific including the cup of coffee
