Manager David understood our needs and was very efficient in finding the right mattress & pillows. He was clearly very experienced and had a very pleasant manner.

Everything very professional, friendly staff, great product, wide knowledge.

We went into the store with the intent of buying a Tempur mattress but after consulting the sales person and going through our options we opted for a different one. The sales person spent a lot of time explaining the various options and his knowledge was extensive. What strikes me is that the mattress we eventually settled on was slightly cheaper and this enforced my opinion that the sales person was intent of providing us with the best mattress and not looking at securing the best sales figures. The integrity demonstrated by this would mean I would not hesitate on recommending Dreams to family/friends.

The sales assitant Dean, was very product knowledgable, pleasant and polite

Staff were most obliging with our needs,plenty of advice and explanations of the products,answered our questions and dealt with us professionally . The only comment we would make is the store should have been able to offer us at least a set of linen not just a mattress protector,considering the amount that was spent.

The assistant was extremely helpful and in no way pushy. Answered all of our questions and we felt completely at ease while shopping.

Aaron the sales person was not only very knowledgeable regarding the products but was not pushy. All our questions were answered in a professional way. We were not at all rushed which after consultation with Aaron we came to a satisfactory conclusion regarding the mattress we purchased.
