went looking for a new bed, the assistant was very amiable, knowledgable and helpful in explaining the different mattress types and got us to try out several types to ensure that we could make an informed choice.

Dean was very knowledgeable about the beds. He explained advantages of differnt matteresses, bed bases to be able to get good quality sleep. We went in almost close of store, but he was patient and threw in a few freebies with the sale of the bed. He also gave us good rates for buying the bed. He was good. I was very impressed. Hence I bought the bed...

Your assistant Aaron was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. He was happy to spend time discussing the various mattresses and asked good questions to ascertain my needs and determine the best comfort fit for me.

Dean, the salesperson at the Peterborough store was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He offered us a flexible payment plan and listened to our concerns around delivery dates. In complete contrast to an experience we had at Harveys recently, Dreams was the polar opposite to the nightmare that was buying a sofa with Harveys!!! Well done Dreams, a fantastic retail experience.

Friendly, helpful assistant and product that meet needs at a discounted price

When we entered the store we were immediately greeted by a member of staff (David). He asked what we were looking for and took us to the relevant part of the store. We had already done an on-line search so more or less knew what we were looking to buy. He showed us an example of what we had seen on-line and asked us if we would like to try it. We did and he asked how many pillows we normally use and brought us each an extra one. He then showed us the amount of storage under the one we had tried. (We were looking for an ottoman bed.) When we found there was only half the storage we needed he took us to see another base and demonstrated that to us. He then said it would be possible to have the Silentnight mattress with the Insignia base which we agreed to. He also asked if we were interested in buying new pillows also, which we declined. He then arranged all the paperwork details, arranged the delivery date etc. and my husband signed. We paid in full by credit card. All in all it was an extremely good experience and we were very pleased with the whole transaction.
