Several staff asked if they could assist me. When I was ready for help, Dean was excellent, and not only explained the usefulness (or otherwise) of the 'medium' 'firm' etc labels, but gave me plenty of time to lie on the beds, even bringing me a more appropriate pillow. He gave me confidence in the product and service.

Dean was very informative , not at all pushy and clearly understood our needs. The bed we tried was so comfortable. He took us straight to what we needed. Very friendly too.

We were not hassled at all, we wandered round the store and then when we needed to ask questions sales staff seemed happy to help. We took ages to decide but in the end we were happy with our purchase.
