my time buying my bed at dreams was pleasant Colin served me offered me tea or coffee so very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend dreams to anyone wanting to purchase a bed

We went to view the adjustable beds but after speaking to the sales staff and being impressed by the quality of the item we liked, we decided to buy today rather than wait or visit other retailers.

I bought a king size mattress then i changed my mind and i went back to change the order for a super king size and i ended up buying a bed as well. Dean helped me to do get what i wonted and he was very supportive and patient.

The level of assistance was just right, there when it was needed but not pushy. Left us to browse, answered our questions and made welcome suggestions.

It was not a problem with Dreams but with my credit application as I've never had credit it was referred but the situation was easily solved by my husband's credit status.

Colin was most helpful, very informative without being pushy. He had a good knowledge of the products and most importantly gave us time to try the mattresses and think about our purchase. He was very polite throughout the whol process. a credit to the store.

Dean the assistance was knowledgeable about the product and gave good advice without being pushy. We did not fee rushed or pressurised to make a purchase.

Colin the assistant was very knowledgeable with all the products we were interested in and helped us by explaining the values of the mattresses.So he made it less stressful in choosing the one for us
