Dreams - Peterborough

Aaron the sales assistant could not have been more helpful. He asked us a few questions at the beginning so that he could help us to find a mattress that suited our needs. He gave us plenty of time and attention but did not make us feel at all pressurised to make a purchase. Once we had selected a choice of two mattresses he was happy for us to go away for a while so that we could return and make our decision. He explained the 40 day promise and advised us that if we went for the lower priced item and were not happy we could return it and use the money paid towards the dearer one if we needed to. We would be happy to return to the shop for further purchases.

This is the second bed we have bought this year from Dreams- very happy with first hence our return. Very helpful staff sand well displayed stock.

When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the choice and thought 'where do I start" however within 20 minutes I purchased bed, mattress and headboard with help from salesmen Aaron, can't wait to take delivery when I move home.

As we walked into the store we where greeted by a memeber of staff "Colin" who was very welcoming. He asked us what we was looking for and then took us to the products. I also told him a budget that I was working to and this I found excellent about Colin's attitude cause at no point did he try and push us into a more expensive product and stayed within our budget. I also said to him that we didn't have a lot of time as we had left our 1 year old daughter for the first time with my dad. He assured me it wouldn't take long so we picked the product we wanted and he took our order. We was done probably within 30 minutes.. The one thin that we was most impressed with was Colin's approach with us he was very polite,helpful and honest. He didn't apply any pressure to but and he listened to what we wanted. If you do read this then I do hope that you will take the time to call this member of staff and let him know how valued he is to your company.

My wife and I took a leisurely browse around the Dreams store to get an idea of our requirements and your display. Dreams colleague Dean offered his assistance. Demonstrated the sofa bed range, and showed us options available for a new divan bed. We sat down with a couple of coffee's to complete the paperwork and Dean asked us about bedroom furniture. So we viewed some display models and continued to add to our order. During this time my wife and I felt totally confident and comfortable. Realistically we only intended to buy a new divan bed! We are now looking forward to our deliveries Thank you Dean.

On entering the Store Staff acknowledge us. We were asked if we needed assistance and at the time we advised we were browsing. When we did finally need assistance even though the store was busy and staff members were helping customers we were acknowledge and when a staff member became free we were help with our final decision to purchase. My only criticism would be is that of store technology and the lack of customer seating areas while waiting to make our purchase as staff were having to wait for colleagues to finish with customer purchases.
