Assistant was very helpful but not pushy. Gave us advice then left us to make the final decision ourselves. A very personable person, he was very knowledgeable of all the products. Would definitely revisit Dreams again should we want to invest in another bed.

Colin who i dealt with had great knowledge and was very attentive to what I needed but also gave me time and space to make my decision without feeling pressured.

we had been researching on line for a suitable mattress to suit our needs but due to a recommendation by a friend, we gave Dream a visit. David was very helpful in interpreting our needs and was able to explain the differences of the products on view. We were encouraged to try the various mattresses discussed and although this took time, David was very patient. We were happy to place the order with confidence plus arrangements are being made to collect our existing mattress for recycling. Aaron processed the order in an efficient and timely manner and both were very pleasant.

we were greeted by all 3 members of staff as we entered the store but not ambushed. I asked where the framed beds were we were directed to the upstairs and shown where the lift was as I am disabled and my daughter has recently had a foot operation so is in an air cast walking support boot.No-one followed us to hassle us which is very nice to experience these days when in so many shops an assistant follows you around and tries to pressurise you into making quick decisions. We had this experience recently in a competitor of Dreams and it was a horrible shopping experience for us.I think your team were just listening out for us and obviously were aware when we had come to some decision as the assistant, Colin, then came upstairs to ask if he could help us. We showed him what bed we had decided on he then also showed us how the bed would need to be put together. Colin helped us choose a mattress and again did not push the most expensive. He even made us a cup of tea! At no time did Colin try to persuade us to buy anything other than what we needed. Great explanations of delivery and fitting options but left to us to make up our mind. All staff friendly and a great experience

The sales man Colin was very friendly and made us feel at home he was very knowledgeable about the products and the store had such a lot of beds for us to try and we did try quite a few until we found the one that seemed most comfortable to us.

Dreams store was set out lovely and was so clean it was a pleasure being in the store colin who works for dreams store was so helpful and friendly it was a pleasure being served by colin what a lovely gentleman gave us time talked to us thoughout our vist we are very very happy and I would like it so much if you could pass this message on to colin thankyou

Dean the salesman was very helpful gave us time to think and try many different beds, He explained all about the beds and we came away from the store very satisfied with the bed we had chosen.

Staff were very friendly and recognised us from previous visits
