Outstanding customer service

I was highly satisfied with my expericance at dreams as the employees was very helpful, professional and had a good knowledge of different types of beds and mattresses. It was easy to locate specific items required for my criteria.

Very customer friendly manager (David) who took all time to explain the differences between the matrasses the duvets and pillows. He gave us also a good deal, so couldn't have been happier with the service given.

The store was not overcrowded and an assistant welcomed us when we entered the premises. We had researched our likely product prior to our visit and we were shown all those that we were interested in. A comprehensive explanation of each was given by the store assistant without any pressure to buy.

Arron the assistant was very helpful and his knowledge of the product was very very good, and helped us in a proffessional manner

Aaron guided us through the available options whilst shopping for a new mattress. He was very attentive to our needs and helped make the store experience a friendly one. Top marks for all staff as his colleague even took the time to blow up a balloon for our two year old.!! Great staff, great products.. Would recommend..
