Very friendly team , helped us with our needs

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and down to earth and explained what I need and was shown a couple of different products allowing me to pick the one I want. Was very happy when I left.

On entering the store I was greeted by Dean in very friendly manner. I had a quick look around and Dean was immediately available to help and he listened to what I was after and showed me the products that suited me.

Roger was very helpful especially as the store was nearly closing

We have consistently found that we get fantastic service at this store, that is why we have returned here time after time. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and take time to make sure they understand their customers needs.

The selection of items was well displayed and the cost of individual items was cear and understandable. The staff were very helpful when information was required but were not "pushy" and allowed us time to make our own decision in our own time.

Excellent product knowledge of the staff. They were very patient too, especially Colin who had seen us on a previous visit. Very friendly team.

Assistant did not come over as soon as we arrived and allowed us to browse. We then asked for his assistance and he was very knowledgeable and did not rush us at all. He listened to our needs and advised accordingly.
