I found the colour designations for the different types of mattress a great aid and the salesman shared his knowledge without being pushy.

Very friendly staff made you feel at home and dean really bend over backward to help us find the right bed. I would just like to say thank you to all of the team.

dreams had on display the item i required,therefore i was able to try it out and also delivery is planned within 8 days.

The service was excellent without being intrusive.

We were looking for a super king bed with 2 3ft mattresses and thought we would find this difficult, the store assistant Vince was incredibly helpful and helped us find what we were looking for.

Seen to very quickly by Dean. He was friend and very knowledgeable. He helped us greatly with our purchase and understood our needs. He left us to discuss each item amongst ourselves so there was no pressure to make an instant decision.

Sales assisstant Aaron was excellent.His product knowledge was excellent and we felt he cared about our needs. He did not try and sell us something we did not want and was honnest in his approach.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful representative (Colin) who provided all information required and processed our sale for us. We probably would have walked out of the store and kept looking, and purchased the wrong mattress had he not pointed us in the right direction.

Aarron the salesman was so helpful knew his stuff and so obliging made us feel at ease and made us a cup of coffee made us try the beds for comfort the shop was spotless the manager was so cheerful he made the coffee first class experience would say to anybody visit first if you need a new bed
