David was very friendly and approachable without giving us the hard sell. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the different mattresses and matched what we needed/wanted.

COLIN WAS QUICK TO ASK IF WE NEEDED HELP - HE WAS ON HAND WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS TO ASK. THEY WERE ANSWERED WITH KNOWLEDGE. HE WAS ABLE TO ENSURE THAT WE HAD MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE GIVEN THE BRIEF - ( DOWNSIZING HOUSE AND A SMALLER DOUBLE BED REQUIRED FOR THE SPARE ROOM). SO WHAT MORE COULD WE ASK FOR? NOTHING - SO 10/10 FOR COLIN REGARDS TIM AND ANNA CLIFTON

Dean was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything. He took our issues concerns and information we told him to help us find the correct suitable mattress for us. I feel without Deans help we would probably have purchased the wrong type of matress and be returning it shortly after purchasing.
