The colleague that served us was very knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to explain exactly what we were buying and the quality and value for money we were getting in spending a little bit more than we had budgeted.

Shopped in Peterbourgh store and was served by Aaron .... He did not try to sell me something I didn't want . He explained about the mattresses and let me make my own mind up. He knew about all the mattresses . Very knowledgable on the product .

Colin the sales assistant was friendly helpful and patient and gave us all the information offering other products whilst not being pushy!

Colin our sales assistant ( I went with my son and his partner) was so cheerful and helpful, he made our experience of bed buying easy. he was knowledgeable about the products, we tested our beds, had laugh,a cup of tea and given plenty of time to make our decitions

The full range of tempur mattresses were in store which allowed me to try and compare them all. The staff were friendly, available and knowledgeable.

Large selection of mattresses, which is what we were shopping for and very knowledgeable assistant - Dean - made the process very easy. Listened to the issues we have with our current mattress and what we were looking for then explained the options and prices. Ended up buying a headboard, new quilt and pillows as well as a mattress!

As soon as I entered the store I was warmly welcomed by Colin. I wasn't hundred percent sure of my choice due to finances, but Colin helped me with info and I was able to choose my dream bed. We compared several options to have clarity on repayment's and I was happy I can afford it. Well done

Assistant had good product knowledge. Signs around the store were clear and helped to guide me to the product I was after. Didn't feel pressured to purchase.

We came to the store and purchased exactly what we were looking for. Colin helped us in finding something within our price range and spent a lot of time with us while we were debating what to do, without being pushy or putting pressure on us. He was great I have since called the store to change the colour of my bed and spoke to David Simpkins who was fantastic in finding a way to change the colour of my bed but still keeping the same delivery date I had booked. We spoke a couple of times on the phone and he really did go out of his way to help me. Great service. Very pleasant chaps and brilliant service from the both of them.
