The store was clean and tidy, the assistant, Dean, was great really understood what we were after and listened to our needs.

We weremlooking for a specific size of bed and David was very helpful and was a great assistance. He was very knowledgeable.

The Salesman Dean was very helpful and his knowledge of the products very good. He helped us in choosing what was best for us and our needs

Was greeted as soon as we entered the store. And could tell they wernt trying to just sell is any bed they looked at what we needed in terms of comfort and back problems

Not our first visit to Dreams. Received the expected assistance received in a pleasant and authoratative manner

I was very satisfied with the service ging me. The persons name was VINCE he was very helpful . As I changed mind three times as I saw something else that I liked better. In the end I was more than pleased with my bed. I will be pleased when I get it . Which is quick on delivery. I would be more than pleased to recommend the store .

We were asked what we were looking for, and shown different options. We were offered a cup of tea and lots of time to try different beds. There was no feeling of pressure to make a decision. The whole experience was relaxed and unrushed. We were able to Choose a delivery date that is convenient for us. We are looking forward to our new bed.

Aaron didn't hassle us when we arrived but was available as soon as we had a query. He spent a long while understanding what my husband and I individually required in a bed and then worked with us taking us through the various options across a wide range of beds including a new range in the store. We had dismissed memory foam due to a pre-conceived idea of it but working with Aaron, guess what, we have purchased a Tempur complete bed. We bought a bed 7 months ago from a reputable company whom we have bought from before, didn't receive this level of customer service, product knowledge or individual time spent on us & finished up with a bed that isn't suitable, is a nightmare (excuse the pun) to sleep on, has given us both bad backs and we really wished we had gone to Dreams at the beginning. We have visited the store three times to try out this bed but received nothing but courteous and friendly service. The Dreams 40 day and Tempur 60 day trial has filled us with confidence and we are SO looking forward to a good night sleep - something we haven't had for a long time!
