Dreams - Peterborough

During our first visit Dean helped us to choose the mattress we would like and showed us a few of the beds available. We then returned the following day after measuring our bedroom to work out the most suitable bed. Colin helped us to complete the order and was very attentive to our needs. He was friendly and efficient at dealing with our order.

we were going to look at other shops but made a purchase at dreams as they had good offers and a good finance deal, dean the assistant was very helpful and a good salesman 10/10 to dean for trying to sell us pillows, if we hadn't already got new ones we would of been tempted.

We did not feel pressurised into buying the most expensive mattress but our needs were listened to and responded to.

The service was excellent, all the staff were on hand to help and very polite. The process of the purchase itself was very quick, there was no pressure to buy any extras. Very good service.

I was very pleased with the time taken to ensure I had all the information before making my decision, David who serve red me was great and did all he could to make sure I had what I needed. So thank you.

assistant approached me within minutes, he wasn't pushy at all. knowledgeable about all the products & helpful advice. also let me use the staff loo! i was also impressed by the 38/40 night 'test' period & the flexible finance options, good selection of delivery slots available also!

We were not forced to purchase a certain type of bed. We were allowed to take our time t make sure the choice we made was the right one.

Staff are ver friendly and knew what I was looking for.
