I have a bad back and hips and the mattress was perfect for me

We were served by Aaron at the Peterborough store and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our needs and what we were after. We both came away feeling really confident in what we bought and really happy we were buying the right product for us. Aaron was also really friendly and chatty and it just helped make the whole process a very chilled out and relaxed experience.

On arrival we were looking around at beds looking a bit lost, a lovely man in the store came over to ask is if we were OK, we explained we had no idea what we needed. So he suggested we tried out the mattress that takes images pf how you lay in bed , this found our mattress style. We then went on the buy our mattress, and was given pillows and mattress topper and duvet as a good will gesture, plus q hot chocolate drink whilst we went through the paper work. Very happy with the Peterborough store and staff .

The assistant was extremely helpful. We were offered a drink (very acceptable on a hot day). Colin our assistant was very efficient and put me at my ease.

The sales person was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming, listened & answered all of our questions. Very happy!

Salesman (Vince) was very knowledgeable and spent a long time with us and was instrumental in us selecting the right mattress. The delivery date was selected by ourselves so we don't have to lose a day of work waiting indoors all day. Price wise we didn't know what to expect to pay but if you want quality, you have to pay quality prices, two Happy customers.

Staff were friendly and very helpful

Dean was very helpful, we used the dream machine and then Dean took us round to try the different mattresses, he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed.
