Dreams - Peterborough

I had gone to the store before and told assistant Aaron that my parents, both in their eighties and with various health issues, and I, with my own health problems chiefly arthritis, would be requiring new mattresses as ours were getting near to the eight year time period. I tried a few mattresses out on my first visit and was advised to return with my parents and purchase both mattresses at the same time, saving time and money and that if we called ahead of time he would be available to see to us personally. This we did and were immediately greeted by Aaron. We then spent over an hour and a half in the store while he took us through the comfort check and then the purchase of both mattresses. The attitude of Aaron and all the staff that we met on the day made us feel more like we were at home rather than in a shop, and while the cost of mattresses has obviously risen in eight years, the help given to ensure that we left with the correct product for all our needs was invaluable. Everything concerning the final purchase was gone through thoroughly and together with the 40 night guarrantee we left the store sure that we had made the right choice in going to Dreams.

Vincent, the assistant was highly knowledgeable and patient with me changing my mind and trying out several mattresses. He got the tone just right, being friendly without being overpowering. After visiting several other stores we found a bed that we both immediately fell in love with. Vincent explained all the features and measured it for us to ensure we were perfectly happy. I felt he would have been happy to give us all the time in the world to make our minds up.

We thought the staff well very helpful and and had a excellent knowledge of their products.Also the staff were very friendly and cheerful. We really enjoyed our visit and you can be sure we will tell our friends and family.It was Vincent who served us and he did that very well!

Colin the staff member was very helpful and provided a solution to every problem that I had and was friendly and made me feel at ease, I would recommend the store to friends and family and will definitely be heading back to that store next time I need either a bed or mattress. Colin was key to me purchasing the product I bought at the time I bought it.

Staff b helpful and knowledgable

Very helpful staff who were happy to entertain my 4 year old while we completed the purchase. One of the sales team was pretending to be a spider which she found hilarious. Knowledgeable staff who knew what they were talking about and didn't try and rush the sale, they let us try out different beds at our own pace.

Visited Dreams to find a new mattress. Colin, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful and gave us all the different options. Offered us a cup of tea, was patient while we tried the beds properly and swapped the pillows over for us. We were pleased to find the ideal mattress very quicklywithout any fuss or sales pressure.

Aaron was very helpful. He explained the difference between all the mattresses and spent an appropriate amount of time with us before leaving us to try the beds. He made us a cup of coffee and went through the offers and insurance (which we did take advantage of). All in all, a pleasant shopping experience - and that's pretty unusual these days - so thanks to Aaron!
