Aaron, sales assistant was more than helpful. He took a lot of time assisting us to get the right mattresses. Top service. Also being kept up to date everyday by text on when we were going to get delivery was good customer service. On the day of delivery the delivery men rang when I was advised they would ring and delivered exactly when they said. Top service

Walked into a clean well laid out store was given time to browse then approached by a friendly gentleman called Dean who took time to ask us afew details then explained that he was going to take us through testing afew mattresses to see which was best for us. We did this therefore ending up with the mattress that was best for us( although we of course havent actually received it yet). Explained about the 40 nights replacement if not happy and we were sold! Delivery is in 3 weeks which of course we would have like sooner as very excited to get our new mattress in the hope that we will start having a good night sleep. Got a delivery slot for a saturday giving us a time slot nearer the time, so make life so much easier as we both work during week. All round good experience.

We felt that the salesman at the store who dealt with us (Dean) was highly professional, engaging and more than happy to listen to our needs without being at all pushy. His product knowledge was excellent, he was patient iand at no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase despite the store being busy and few staff on duty that day.

The assistant Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, made the ordering process clear and easy. The mattress I had seen online was available to try and on offer at a very good price. The mattress will be delivered at no charge on a day to suit me in a completely different part of the country to where ordered.

We was shown several mattress and given lots of deceptions about them and was left to try them out with out anyone over looking your shoulder so in turn felt really comfortable.

Knowledgeable, engaging sales staff who were very helpful in enabling us to make our final choice.

My wife and I were well looked after by staff and, most importantly, we were left alone for as long as we required so that we could more easily discuss and needs and what decision we should make.
