COLIN WHO ASSISTED US WAS VERY APPROACHABLE, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, NOTHING WAS TO MUCH FOR HIM; EVEN MADE US A CUP OF TEA. SHOP HAD NUMEROUS BEDS [BEDDING PRODUCTS) FOR US TO CHOOSE FROM. STORE WAS NICELY SET OUT. COLIN SHOWED US NUMEROUS BEDS, MADE OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EASIER. SUPRISED BY PRICE OF BEDS THESE DAYS, BUT HAPPY TO PAY FOR QUALITY.

The first thing I liked about Dreams was that I was not pounced on by a sales assistant the moment I walked through the door. When I needed help I found a sales assistant available straight away and explained what I needed. He showed me the beds to test for the mattress and then showed me the range of beds. Very helpful, friendly and polite but did not force high priced goods on me just pointed out the benefits of all mattresses. Great place to shop and would definately go back.

The assistance given to us in choosing our mattress was first class. Not only were this non-intrusive - i.e no pressurised sales talk - but it was given in a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anybody. A really good shopping experience

Good customer service

This was the first time we had purchased a bed since we were married 53 years ago. The young man was very helpful and explained everything to us very carefully, even explaining the value of the different mattresses.

Salesman very helpful explained all about mattress and the different types lisitned to my needs, very polite smart and well presented, as I bought an otterman bed he took time to explain the storage compared to a draw divan and demonstrated how it all works, asked me if I had an old bed to be disposed of, and made sure I was very happy with my delivery date and explained how I could change it all in all an excellent experience made a pleasure to shop at dreams, as I need to replace another bed I will be back to purchase after Christmas.

Upon entering Dreams I was given a very warm welcome by the salesman, my salesman was very helpful and listened to my needs took his time explaining about the different types of beds and mattresses and made sure I purchased the right bed that suited my needs.
