Served by very friendly and competent staff where nothing was to much trouble and went out of there way to help me choose the bed and head board to suit my requirements ,we were offered a drink and were made comfortable. Well done dreams excellent service will definitely be recommended to family and friends .

No pressure to purchase but kind and helpful advice. Really felt that I was important and time available to ensure we purchased the correct mattress plus tea and coffee was a welcome treat. Wish many other retailers would adopt this thoughtful approach to ensure customers are looked after even if no purchase is made. Second time we have used Peterborough due to the excellent service on the 1st visit thus ensuring we came back for this purchae.

The collegue, Colin, was very knowledgable about the product, and as I have been sleeping on a Tempura mattree for the past 15 years, and I have bought a single mattress for my Granddaughter about four years ago, so we already knew the veracity of you wares. My Daughter and her Husband are both having back problems and have spent more money on Chiropracters, than it would have cost them to buy a new mattress, so this year I decided, that as both thier birthdays fell within the Christmas period, this was the best joint (don't laugh, no pun intended!) gift that I could give them. In this case, Mother does know best.

I was greeted by a member of staff, but allowed to browse in peace, when I did ask for assistance the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, I was encouraged to try lots of beds, I was able to choose base from one unit and mattress for another and a choice of headboard..

We were greeted immediately on entering the store, asked if we would like a cup of tea and served very promptly and professionally.

I have never brought a brand new bed before. I have always had second hand ones. I have previously brought a new mattress, which I feel I got wrong, as it is not comfortable. I suffer from a bad back and shoulder so had done a lot of research about what type of bed and mattress I should buy. When we entered the store I asked for some help to ensure I didn't get it wrong again. The first assistant didn't think she had the knowledge to help us so referred us to Daniel who listened to our needs and pointed us to a selection of beds. They were a lot more money than we had hoped to pay but once we tested them out we could see why. Daniel was very patience with me whilst I dithered about what I wanted. But in the end I made a decision and Daneil took the order. He then informed us about the Pillow Talk opportunity to win back our purchase.

I found and bought what I was looking for with remarkable ease and was looked after by a very pleasant young man.
