Staff were excellent, happy to help but not intrude. Showed us and explained the beds we were interested in. Lovely atmosphere in store, beds laid out well. Our assistant Jake was very helpful, polite and friendly. Helped us choose the best bed for us.

there WAS PLENTY OF CHOICE IN THE Peterborough STORE. WE WERE NOT RUSHED IN MAKING A CHOICE. THERE WERE PLENTY OF STAFF MEMBERS ON HAND SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO BE SERVED ONCE WE HAD MADE OUR CHOICES. THE MEMBER OF STAFF (JAKE) ADVISED US OF THE PRODUCT CARE AVAILABLE WHICH WE PURCHASED. GREAT VISIT

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgable without being a "smary" salessperson. Took great care of us, explained everything well and ws not hurried or kept waiting. More stores need excellent customer service such as this. I hope the delivery is up to the same standard

Dean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were after a mattress that provided supports my partner and I both have bad backs. He found us the perfect mattress which suited our needs. He did not rush us and did not just try to sell us the most expensive mattress which I thought showed great salesmanship. Very, very happy with our service at dreams.

The salesman( Aaron) knew his products, was not pushy, and answered all my questions. Was a very friendly person but did not try to sell me something I did not want.

I Was approached politely by Daniel within a minute or so of entering the store. He asked me about my requirements and then set about showing me various mattresses that might be suitable. He wasn't pushy but was knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I said about not wanting to spend too much money. I was very happy with the service received from Daniel.

The price was what we were prepared to pay plus the salesman was very helpful

the shop was well laid out with products easy to find with prices clearly on display. staff were helpful and after explaining what we were looking for showed us various options
