Colin was very helpful in explaining the differences with the mattresses and the options available

The salesman knew the products really well and explained the benefits of one mattress over another. When we had narrowed it down to 2 mattresses he explained why one was £200 dearer than the other and then left the final decision to us. At no time did he try to force our decision.

Aaron who dealt with us, took a great deal of time to explain what each of the mattresses was like, allowed us plenty of time to test them, provided pillows similar to those we normally use and made what could have been a confusing event much more straight forward to ensure we got what we wanted and gave good value for money.

Quick efficient service

The shop assistant (Colin), was friendly and attentive, but not too pushy. He gave us all the info we needed and got us a discount on the sale price.

Staff were extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions about the products. They also arranged for free delivery and for the dates that I wanted. I have been very satisfied with the service and the products that I have purchased.

From start to finish the level of customer service, was extremely high. There was no high pressure sales, just quality guidance. Entering the store wanting a bed, but not knowing exactly what we need, we put ourselves in the capable hands of the sales agent. He spent time taking us around the store with an individually recommended pillow in hand, describing the mattresses in detail as we took them for a test drive, back and forth comparing until we finally decided on the one.
