On entering the store my wife and I was meet with a friendly welcome My wife explained to the store person is name was Colin about her bad back and we were pointed in the right direction about each mattress in the end we chose the tempur mattress Since my wife has been sleeping on the mattress she not complain about her back and as good night Sleep money well spent so far.

We found Colin did not hassle us into a purchase after asking his advise he left us to alone to make our own choice and was there ready to assist after looking around he was polite and very patient. Also very knowledgeable about the product we were looking for.

Dean was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my husband's unique needs. With Parkinsons Disease it is difficult to get out of bed. Dean understood and showed my husband several mattresses, asking him to try them. This gentleman with his knowledge and patience is an asset to your company.

Helpfullness of the staff. Plenty to choose from.

We received very good custermor service listening to our particular needs with no fuss and quick service and wasn't pressured into buying any other items other than what we asked for.We were tended by a very polite member of staff who was extremely knowledgable

The sales man, Dean, was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I have walked away from purchases of other various products before because I felt the sales person was too pushy and more interested in making a sale rather than what's best for me. I work in car sales so I spot this quite easily but Dean did none of this. On top of that the 0% credit you offer made me buy two mattresses instead of one.

They had what we wanted and the help and friendliness of the staff made I an enjoyable experience.

The saleman, Colin, was very helpful asking what I was looking for. He also asked specifics in what I was looking for in a mattress. He talked me through the process of the ordering and explained everything very clearly.

The member of sales staff was very personable, had a great knowledge and helped explain the way in which the product was presented.

Arron ,who attended us was knowledgeable ,friendly and guided us through a prcoess that will hopefully have provided us with the ideal product for our needs.
