He was very knowledgeable and did not rush us at all, in fact he encouraged my husband to lay on the 2 mattresses he was thinking about buying for a while so he could feel the difference over a time. I found it very reassuring when he explained the bring it back if it's not right and they will change it as when you're spending a lot of money on a mattress you want it to be the right one for you.

Initially we struggled with understanding what would be best for our needs however after a long conversation with the sales assistant he understood what we wanted and took us to look at the most appropriate products, he gave us plenty of time to decide which product we wanted without pressuring us into a decision, he was also very good at answering my questions he obviously has a good understanding of the products in the store, we were also given the option to save a little money by purchasing a clearance item which was highly appreciated. Very good service we would not have been able to make a decision with out the assistance from the sales assistance the store has a lot of products on offer and it is not clear what each one does to the inexperienced eye.

Shortly after I arrived in the store I was offered assistance by a friendly member of staff. He answered all my questions and quickly showed me the different options and explained the differences. I could not have asked for me in terms of staff assistance.

The products are well laid out with plenty of opportunity to have a "test Drive" of the product. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, most importantly was not pushy as some retailers can be. The one minor glitch was with the computer during the placing of the order but the matter was resolved during my time at the store. I even got a cup of tea!

The man who served us helped us out because he could see we didn't know what to do, he explained everything to us including the interest free option, without us having to ask for it. Dean made us feel at ease and was very helpful, he is a credit to your company.

Colin asked if he could help us after we had tried several beds for comfort. He asked us what we were looking for and once we explained he showed us several more beds to try. With his help we settled on the right product for us. Thank you Colin. We must also say a big thank you to Aaron for the lovely cup of tea and to the other member of staff who kept my husband up to date with the England cricket score 😀 A big thank you to all we will certainly be recommending your store to our friends.

I purchased the Como Black King Size bed on 31st January 2016 from the Peterborough store which was delivered on 8th February 2016. The bed was delivered on time and is in perfectly good condition. At the point of sale I asked the Sales Consultant Vincent Doran about the warranty on the plan and he advised it was for 1 year only. I went into the store again on 24th February 2016 to query the warranty and was advised by another Sales Consultant that I should have been offered the option of 8 year bed cover for £85 at point of sale. I was also told by the sales consultant to call customer services and they will be able to provide the 8 year warranty. I phoned them and they advised that this is not now available as the bed has already been delivered. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like to pay the £85 for the 8 year warranty!!
