Store manager was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. He enabled me to make an informative purchase due to an explanation given regarding testing slats to determine how much body weight they can cope with.

WAS VERY PLEASED WITH LEVEL OF SERVICE RECEIVED, WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL BUT WAS VERY HELPFUL AT THE SAME TIME, THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE LEAD TIME ON THE PRODUCTS AT 8 WEEKS

The assistant took time to find out our specific needs and explained the different types of mattresses. He advised us as to the most suitable for us and showed us the range. He gave my wife an extra pillow and found a special one for myself. He then pointed out alternative mattresses. He explained the new for old insurance and gave us a deal.

David who helped us was very knowledgable and assisted us in our decision. We built a rapport and he was understanding of our needs.

Had already bought a similar product and was satisfied with that. Came away with exactly what I wanted

Aarron helped us today, he knew his products, got us to try out lots of beds and pillows. Also, offered us a cup of tea or coffee and let me us the loo. Listened to our needs and helped us accordinly. Explained different payment methods and also told us about the care plan to cover our new bed. Friendly young guy and good with people.

the salesman who dealt with my purchase was extemely helpful even to the extent of providing coffee whil the paperwork was being dealt with. There was a large selection for me to choose from and the dean [the salesman] was very informative about the products.
