Friendly assistant and knew about products. Even made us a cup of coffee, would purchase from store again.

Aaron at the Peterborough store was excellent, helpful, informative and product knowledge was brilliant. He was friendly, not pushy at all and gave us different options with different price ranges and explained the pros and cons relating to all. Could not recommended AARON enough. We are awaiting the delivery of bed and mattress, both recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the service we received, thanks dreams and Aaron for making it as pain free as possible. The salesperson was very patient and sympathetic to our needs. He took the time to explain everything and did not try to rush us into a sale

I felt as if Dean who served us knew exactly what he was a talking about. He also listened to us really well and we felt under no pressure to make a decision. There was difficult customer in the store when we came back having taken a walk to make our mind up and all the staff were calm and processional apologising to us that we saw what happened. What impressed me was how respectful they were of the customer to us even though he had clearly not shown that respect to them.

The young man that served us called Jake at the the peterborough store was extremely polite and helpful, would always ask for him in the future. The mattress we ordered was for my dad. He was very impressed with Jake, makes all the difference when choosing a new mattress, hopefully when it arrives my dad will be happy with the comfort . Thank you Jake.

We were made to feel very welcome but not in an intrusive way. Very helpful, pleasant staff. We were not rushed in any way.

Bought a bed in 2012 and loved it needed another one so came back spoke to Dean again told him what we needed and he knew the best one for us. Helped me find one that had the storage we needed and was great with no pushy sales technique it was a smooth easy sale.

We were very happy with the friendlyness of the staff and the ability to make a deal with what we bought. Also the quality of the products is very good.

Deano at the Peterborough store was wonderful. He understood exactly what we needed and spent ages with us choosing a mattress. He knew what we would choose before we knew. He was friendly and courteous. The delivery drivers dave and norm that deliverEd the bed were equally as wonderful. My mum was here alone to receive the bed and she was made to feel very comfortable and said they were so respectful and polite. Thank you for making the purchase of our bed and the receipt of it so simple and perfect.
