Colin approached us within a few minutes of being in the store. He established our basic needs and showed us a number of options completely without pressure. He offered us coffee while we had a think about what we wanted. We tried out mattresses and found the one that suited us best then with Colin's guidance we chose an appropriate bed base to suit us and the mattress we chose. The whole time we felt at ease and comfortable. The package offered suited us and we felt no need to shop elsewhere. The final paperwork part was made easy and painless thanks to Colin's friendly professionalism. Very pleasant experience overall and looking forward to delivery day.

Not sure on entering the store exactly what type of bed we were looking for but Dean the assistant was very helpful in guiding us through the process. he was not pushy and took the time to understand our requirements.

Approached (I used to work in retail) an appropriate amount of time after we entered store (greeted straightaway, but left to browse before sales approach). People that dealt with us (says Dave & Colin on the card) gave us all the info we needed, advised us on the extras available, without being too pushy, and the whole process was wrapped up in under 30 minutes. We did have an afternoon of bed shopping scheduled and this was the first store we visited. Due to the quality of the products on offer and the in-store service, my wife and I were happy to forgo our usual "shopping around' and buy from you. The only unanswered question is the delivery and installation experience - I hope it is to the same high standard as my experience of you so far (my first) is very positive.

The man at the store was very helpful and assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for. The paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently with a delivery date booked for the following week.

Already shopped here 2 years ago for a similar item and recalled an excellent experience of both stock available and professionalism of service; this return visit and purchase did not disappoint in any sense.
