The salesman was very knowledgeable and made the payment painless.very nice man.

Sales person very helpful,did not try and force a sale on me ,Dean also knew what he was talking about without being clever.

From the moment we walked in we had fantastic customer service, we received excellent knowledge on products but also allowed enough time to tryout the beds! Without feeling pressured into a sale. David I believe is the store manger looked after us and was great! So many thanks :)

Colin was extremely helpful and friendly, he gave us advice and choice and was not pushy at all.

This was our first visit to a dreams store. We were looking for a good quality mattress.Jake the assistant who served us was very pleasant and gave us the impression that nothing was to much trouble. He listened to our requirements and as far as my wife and i were concerned he filled all of them. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. A great attribute for a store assistant. unfortunately these days assistants seem to adopt a take it or leave it attitude, this was not the case with Jake, he is a credit to the store and whoever trained him. we will certainly use the store again well done dreams

I went Into store to look at beds after visiting several furniture shops. I came across exactly what I was looking for and for a good price the gentlemen who helped me named Dean was very helpful and put my order through with ease.
