Vincent was informative and above all listened to what I had to say He did not expert pressure and as a result , in spite of a slightly cheaper purchase price elsewhere I chose to come back.

The sales assistant who helped us (Jake) was extremely polite and helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision about our purchase. He gave us plenty of time to think about the purchase and was on hand when we needed to place our order. He told us about the special offers in store and we were able to buy everything we needed at very good prices.

Colleague we spoke to was called Dean, he was very knowledgeable, let us look at our own pace and was helpful with our queries. We did end up spending more than we intended so I guess he is a very good salesman! We are looking forward to our bed being delivered especially after Dean's help with our selection.
