I had very specific requirements due to a back and shoulder injury. Dean took his time with me to work out what the best option would be. He was more concerned with my comfort than price. Thanks for your help.

all your staff were friendly and very helpful listened to what i wanted and didnt try to push me into buying what i didnt really want they took the time to show me every thing i wanted to see and made me feel very welcome

The staff were very friendly and helpful and not too over powering. We were left to think and discuss about the items after been informed about everything we needed to know, which was nice.

Jake was extremely helpful and informative, having very good product knowledge, he also directed us to the reduced mattresses to save us money.

We were given good advice and information, the salesman "Colin" listened to our requirements and help us to find exactly what we were looking for.

The person that dealt with us was friendly cheerful and very helpful had maximum budget of £450 and really needed a lot for that price 2matresses and a bed base plus delivery included this was the third store we had visited other two were small budget shops and to be honest only went in your store to compare quality never expected to buy any thing and when asked what we wanted I was embarrassed to tell him as I has so little but wanted so much but I was pleasantly shocked when I was told give me a minute let me see what I can do he totally understood so while he went off my daughter and I started to talk about which of the previous two shops we would go back to when he called us over saying he had got what I asked for so expecting something not to my daughters liking and not very comfy mattresses I was extremely happy he had found every thing we wanted and a lot better quality than I expected plus the added bonus the bed base had storage under it something we never asked for ,but wanted I never asked as I know it bumps the price up and thought I had pushed my luck enough .

It was a luvolly experience from the moment I entered the shop til I left in fact I was made so welcome with drinks and laughter I felt bad about going home is Colin and the other staff always this friendly and helpful as when I left my ribs were aching from laughing. Not sure if they were on drugs but if so I want some of the same a lively day out but also very professional and just very nice to me Colin found me the bed I was looking for at a price I could afford and he said they will even remove my old bed as part of the deal which was a big weight off my mind great service and a very clean shop with a nice ambiance will highly recommend dreams to all my friends. Thank you

Colin. the staff member who served me was most friendly without being too pushy. He took time to explain the differences in the range I was looking for. His level of knowledge was impressive.
