The in store colleague was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient throughout our in store experience of purchasing our new "dream" of an item to enhance our sleeping is both comfortable and uninterrupted throughout. His advice for aftercare was also notably refreshing and extremely helpful. We would recommend anyone seeking a new mattress or bed to visit Dreams for their total sleep care package.

Not sure which type of mattress we wanted but Dean was extremely helpful and informative about the mattresses. He listened to our needs, asked appropriate questions to help guide us to the correct one best suited to us.

Staff very helpful. served byDean who was very knowledgable,quickly put me at my ease,when advising which beds to try even got me a pillow to use so when laying on the beds so it was like being in the same position as at home. The over all experience very good would strongly recommend family and friends to shop with you.

I was served by a gentleman by the name of Dean very helpful,courteous,very knowledgable about the products you sell. I was a little self conscious about trying the beds ie,laying on them,he soon put me at my ease.I really in the end had a very enjoyable visit and purchased a bed which I am looking forward to receiving .

We were very satisfied with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff member and did not feel rushed into a decision. We did not feel pressured at all so had time to consider the choice we made in a relaxed atmosphere. We would recommend you to friends and family.

Jake the assistant was very helpful, friendly, patient and knowledge was good, not pushy which when deciding to purchase. I needed to think about what I wanted and was impressed with Jake so waited until he could serve us due to his help the first time in the shop.

Helpful friendly staff went out of way to help

I was looking for a bed to be delivered to Devon. I was served by Colin in the Peterborough store who took the time to understand exactly what was required, find the right product and price for me. Colin also took the time to let me sit and rest and get me a coffee as I was feeling exhausted. A wonderfully kind gentleman. I am not local to Peterborough otherwise I would definitely be back to this store to shop.
