Excellent customer service and great range of products

Jake assisted us, who was very friendly & professional. We was allowed to look around the store without pressure from Jake who told us he would be happy to help us when we was ready. We did give Jake a shout & was very happy with our purchase, spending over £2,000. We do not like pressure from staff who follow you around the store, we had the freedom to browse hassle free & was very happy with the service Jake provided, he is a valuable asset to your store & would look out for him on our return visit.

Friendly staff, listened to what we were looking for. Offered advice but allowed us to browse and gave us space to do so. Really impressed with the quick delivery time.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained information about the mattresses and advised on best possible options to satisfy our needs. They weren’t ‘pushy’ salesmen and they weren’t ‘distant’. They understood our requirements fully.

I was highly satisfied due to the help and attention of the member of staff who helped us. Aaron at Dreams Peterborough was very knowledgeable. He was patient, listened to us and gave us valid information. Allowed us to think about what we wished to do and never pushed for a sale. That encouraged us to go back to him and place the order. In fact we waited till he was available to place the order through him. I would recommend to go to him for assistance in buying a bed.
