The customer service was great form Daniel at the peterbrough store, he was very helpful and explained everything in great detail, we found a bed within minutes after telling him what we prefer, very helpful.

He explained & showed me the types of bases available allowing me to choose the right bed for my teenage son. Daniel also explained all the options available to me for the type of mattress my son would be most comfortable with. With so much choice I found Daniel's help invaluable.

Today Aaron served myself and my wife. He was very atentive and couldn't do enough for us. He encouraged us to try lots of different beds to help us find the perfect bed. We are over the moon and can't wait to receive our new bed. I will definitely be telling my friends and family. I am not the easiest of customers and takes a lot for me to score to highly but Aaron really deserves all the acknowledgment he can get. Spot on 👍
