I have been purchasing from Dreams for years and I've never had to complain about anything, always satisfied. The staff are very friendly and patient. Dean, who helped us find what we wanted today was very friendly and nice. I have recomended dreams many times to my friends and they too are always satisfied and find exactly what they want.

We were given assistance as soon as we entered the store, the salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to show us several items which fit our needs. The salesman, Colin, was very friendly and accommodating and explained all the service we could buy and expect.

Just split up with partner and needed a bed quickly, Sean was extremely helpful!

The gentleman that we dealt with in the Peterbrough branch (colin) was overall just fantastic! He was very thorough with making sure we knew all our options and very polite! The store was brilliantly kept, and very tidy and clean with all of the displays laid out brilliantly. With great customer service and a welcoming showroom that is so tidy and clean I will definitely be recommending to others and above all else the bed we have purchased is great!

Jake who served us was bright nice and polite he totally understood where we were coming from as a customer and used his knowledge and personal skills to make us feel comfortable. His colleagues and managers also were brilliant once we decided what we were purchasing helping us get our mattress safely put to one side. Jake also was superb in helping us choose our pillows and mattress cover and fed us with the facts not bull for us to make our own minds up and because of this we bought the best
