The person serving us (Daniel, validation code 231) was very well trained. He built trust and rapport throughout with clever and respectful banter, while offering useful advice. After concluding the transaction, he shook hands firmly - which again pointed to very good training and Daniel's confidence: If the handshake came any earlier he would not have earned the right to do so, but the timing and manner was perfect.
