Assistant was very friendly, and understood my needs when it came to purchasing a bed. He also offered me a military discount one i told him i was in the Royal Navy.

Colin was great he took the time to understand my needs and act on them accordingly.

We found the selection and the knowledge of our salesman to be excellent, we were not hurried or hassled in any way.

Service was excellent nothing was too much trouble

Dean knew his product knowledge was helpful and took his time with us to cost up a number or alternatives.

LAYOUT OF YOUR STORE WAS GOOD,I DIDNT FEEL PRESSURED BY ANYONE, STAFF WERE POLITE, I SPOKE TO COLIN , WHOM I FOUND TO KNOW HIS PRODUCTS WELL AND INFORMED US ON ANYTHING WE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT, ONCE I HAD MADE MY CHOICE I WAS INFORMED ON OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME ,MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD

He helped me find the most suitable bed and mattress and gave me a great deal on bed and even help me pick the extra bits I needed too,brilliant customer service

The salesman was very friendly, experienced and exhibited a detailed knowledge of the beds both in the store and available, and even made us really good cup of tea. He did not try to hurry us or pressurise us in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even continuing to talk with us and answer questions after closing time. He was an example of everything a good salesman should be.

My daughter and I called into have a look for a new mattress for my self. We were asked by Dean if he could help the service that followed was outstanding we left with us both having new mattresses. Thank you to Dean and Dreams.
