Vincent was very helpful,pleasant friendly, spent time with us to explain the different Matresses without us feeling pressured into buying.

We were greeted on arrival the staff were Courteous, Friendly, Polite and helpful. Our server was Aaron. We found him knowledgable but not pushy giving us sufficient time to make our own minds up

From the moment we entered the store we were made very welcome. We were then allowed to look around the store without any pressure into buying. When we asked for assistance we were given advice on our choice of product by a very polite and knowledgeable young man called Jacob . Nothing was too much for him, excellent service.

Excellent service by sales persons ,they listened to what we wanted and ordered it I cannot fault in any way

Nothing was any trouble at all and very friendly staff that made the experience of buying a new bedroom a positive one

Not given the option to.collect ourselves and then being dictated by the available time for delivery which is 13 days from paying - this is a disappointment. Otherwise good.

We got the product we wanted and the right advice we needed at a price that was competitive
