Very satisfied with the purchase, the friendliness and experience of the staff. Whole experience very good.

The sales assistant was polite and friendly although it was his first month in the job and a little nervous he as I payed in cash which he had not dealt with before .He asked a colleague for assistance .and thanked me for my patience which was profoundly professional of him .It was a delight to be served by Luke .

We visited the Dreams store in Peterborough after finding the bed we liked online as we wanted to see it in person before placing our order. David and Dean were very welcoming and the whole process was so quick and easy that we was in and out in about 15 minutes! Bed was on display in the store for us to see, it was in stock at your warehouse, and we managed to secure a Saturday delivery. 'Happy Dreamers' :)

David, the store manager was very helpful and let us spend as much time making sure we made the correct decision.

Dean (i think was his name) was so helpful and spent a lot of time with me even though i wasn't buying a high value bed. He arranged a taxi to deliver my mattress as i had explained i had no bed and helped me choose a suitable frame that i could assemble by myself. The delivery men were friendly, helpful and clean.

As soon as we walked into the shop we were treated with kind smiles and a nice greeting and we went straight into finding what we wanted (mattress and new bed). First we looked for a mattress which I am very fussy about and tried a lot out but the sales assistance were very patient and knowledgable about mattress and the ones that would be right for us. After a good search for a good one we went on a hunt for th right bed. This time Aaron came to assist us with the beds we liked and he answered all our questions and then some. In the end we had very thing we needed with all the help we could get, not to mention a nice cup of tea! When it came to paying for everything Aaron explained everything we need to know, explained all our options with finance and all the cover and extra cover. In the end we are very happy with what we have brought!

I first went to Dreams after buying a double bed at John Lewis a few years ago. I was highly dissatisfied with this particular purchase and so went to the Dreams store in Peterborough. The salesman (Dean) was extremely helpful with sleeping problems I was experiencing and I bought a new mattress with integral memory foam as a result. The latest visit to the store (1 July 2016) was to replace the double bed I have been using (as described above) with an alternative single bed. I was again helped by Dean, who proved to be every bit as helpful as he had been previously, hence my order for the product chosen.
