My ratings covers all my concerns - I had no problems and await complete satistaction when the product is used etc

From the moment we walked into the store, we were made to feel welcome. We were warmly greeted, and left to browse, before being approached by a colleague. Aaron took time to fully understand our needs, and never made us feel rushed or that we were being an inconvenience. Aaron is a superb colleague, who is a genuine asset to your company.

The staff always make us feel like valued customers from the minute we enter the store, that is why we choose to continue to shop here. The staff are courteous and offer us a drink, whilst taking time to understand our needs and the purpose of our visit. They are very knowledgeable about the products too. They are an asset to your company

I was very happy that Aaron introduced himself upon walking into the store gave me a few minutes to have a look around then asked if I needed any help or a drink, I was torn between a few different beds but once I had the advice from Aaron I made my choice.

Thought Dean was great - very nice manner, not pushy, very patient, encouraged us to try multiple mattresses. He certainly made the difference for us.

Dean was well informed and we were invited to test as many beds as we wanted.We were made to feel there was no hurry to decide. We were given clear advice as to guarantees and quality of the mattresses and he went out of his way to find the right headboard for us.

Very good overall experience

We visited the store with a particular product in mind - Tempur hybrid kingsize mattress. On entering I approached Aaron who took us straight to the item we were enquiring about was. He was very knowledgeable about the product and suggested that we try all of the other Tempur products to ensure that we were happy with the one we had targeted. He also suggested trying a similar product by another manufacturer to give a comparison. Having done all that, decision made and we decided to buy the product we initially chose. We also needed to purchase a bed frame and after describing what we were after he took us straight to a selection of frames and again very knowledgable about each of the product features. He pitched it perfectly, he was approachable yet not pushy and allowed us time to make our own decision for what was a very expensive purchase. In the end we bought both the frame and mattress and after a bit of friendly negotiation we agreed on a price that we were very happy with. Overall a wonderful shopping experience

Very friendly staff member called Jacob who spent a lot of time with us, even when it was close to closing time and didn't mind showing us the same bed several times to make sure we were happy with our choice!

Jake was really friendly and took the time to understand our needs and talk us through the various options. He had great product knowledge, and was able to answer all of our questions well, and took the time to find out anything he wasn't entirely sure of. He wasn't pushy, just explained what was available and let us have the space to make our own decision. Great customer service is really important to us, and it will determine whether we buy or not. We weren't sure we'd buy yesterday, but Jake made all the difference and we are really happy with our decision.
