Dreams - Peterborough

We were greeted by Aaron on entering, we explained what we were looking for and were each given a pillow of our choice, we were left to try out the mattresses while a much needed cup of tea was being made, all our questions were answered by Aaron who was very knowledgeable regarding the products, Aaron made our visit easy and enjoyable and we would not hesitate to return again in the future or to recommend to family and friends, we now looking forward to delivery of our chosen mattress, thank you.

On entering the store we were immediately attended to by Dean. He was very polite and efficient, asking us what our requirements were. We were looking for a double bed that was not too soft as I have a bad back and needed something that would give adequate support. Using his experience he was able to suggest one or two beds that would best meet our requirements. As it happened I chose the first one he suggested, (after testing out several of the other options). The assistance we received was very informative giving us the information we needed to make the best choice.

We received excellent service from very knowledgeable staff. The range of products was very good and greatly assisted us to come to a decision.

We visited the store in peterborough today, and we were very happy with the service we received. We were greeted by a lovely young man who was honest and generally very helpful. The service was very quick and we had completed the order within 15 minutes. Very happy, we will definitely recommend.

We were assisted by Daniel at the Peterbororough store. His product knowledge was excellent. We were shopping for a mattress to support my husband who has a severe back problem and Daniel understood our requirements and took the time to ensure we purchased the right mattress.

The assistant,Luke, asked us our requirements & was very knowledgeable in giving us options available, he was very friendly & seemed happy to help us.

We were attended to immediately we walked into the Store. We explained what we were looking for and were attended to by Colin who was with full knowledge of the products being offered to. Choice was easy and payment was effeicient

We were very very pleased with the overall experience. Not only did we purchase our bed at a good price, we also bought our pillows, duvet and protector. Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Delivery was also available the next Saturday. Thank you.

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Even got us different pillows to try the beds! First visit to a dreams store and will be recommending to everyone as the level of service and helpfulness was outstanding. The Peterborough branch are a credit to.your company.
