Dreams - Peterborough

The store was conveniently located, with ample parking spaces. When we entered the shop, we were approached by Aaron the salesman, but we asked for sometime just to browse. He left us, and then, after sometime, when we had shortlisted a few beds, we asked for his help. He was quite knowledgeable, and helped us choose the bed, taking into consideration the delivery times as well (we needed something pretty soon). He then helped us choose the right mattress as well. We were pretty well looked after, having been offered drinks etc. The ordering bit was quite straightforward as well.

I have used dreams before and like this time had a great service, the store and the staff were very helpful as they have been in the past all round very high quality and a pleasure to enter the store, we would be very happy to use dreams at any time and also recommend it to others knowing that they would get the service we got

Vince was very helpful and extremely friendly. He took time to assess needs and explain the process of ordering. Also made us a very nice hot drink.

The sales assistant was very helpful, but not pushy, and extremely patient with us, as we took a long while to choose. He explained the 40 day satisfaction policy and explained the extra cover available. We were very impressed with the whole experience. We did call in another store but the assistant there was looking at his watch the whole time and made us feel very uncomfortable, so we came back and purchased from Dreams, even though it cost us more as my husband always says " you get what you pay for"

The customer assistant Dean was very helpful and patient, waiting for me to try the bed many times!
