The member of staff was very helpful and not too pushy.

ASSISTANT WAS REALLY GOOD AND GAVE US LOTS OF OPTIONS

I was buying a new head board, the assistant showed me where to find them and also the ones which were on the display beds. He answered my questions confidently and knowledgably. He was very helpful and polite

Vince was very helpful from the time we entered the store. Not pushy but there to answer any questions we needed. He was knowledgeable and advised us without being pushy.

I was seen quickly and everyone was very helpful

We were very impressed by the excellent customer service delivered by Daniel. He was attentive, listened to our requirements and made appropriate recommendations. He was very friendly and at no time did we feel as if we were being pushed into a sale.

Very friendly staff - Colin. He wasn't pushy but approached us appropriately and gave us the knowledge we needed. Allowed us plenty of time to try the beds. Plenty of choice too, and even got a cup of tea :)

Help was offered and questions answered. Explanations given for differences in items and time given to make up our own minds.

Assistant took time to get to know us and understand our needs and what would be best for us

We were helped immensely by the store person Aaron (at the Peterborough store), especially in the selection of the right mattress.
