Collins customer service was excellent in knowledge of products and the needs we had in a mattress and pillows I have worked in sales and customer service for many years and sadly it's rare you find the skills needed in retail but I would like to say Collin is a key member of your team and I would not only recomend dreams to others but also defiantly say ask for Collin as the service he gives is professional and also understands the important needs in a bed /mattress of the individual.thankyou Collin.

Dean at Peterborough store was really helpful and very knowledgeable he wasn't a pushy sales man like some shops we had been in. He took his time to go through all the products with us. We are going back to buy my son a bed

we were greeted by svetlana who understood our needs immediately and took us to your sleep match unit and explained how it would help match us to a suitable mattress . we were then offered a selection of mattresses too try and the differences between them were explained. her product knowledge was excellent and having been in retail including management for 60 years i would have been very happy to have her as a member of my staff in any store i ran. overall an excellent experiance.

Having purchased my existing mattress from Dreams in 2016 and been highly satisfied there was no hesitation to buy another. Salesman on the day was extremely polite and knowledgable.

It is great. We were seen by Dean and he was fantastic. He knew exactly what I wanted and could also order my little girls bed which was online. Dean deserves something because of his manner and knowledge of the products.
