the staff person that helped us went the extra mile to find what we were looking for, he even amused the kids ( drawing paper and crayons) for us to discuss and have another look.

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store and handed a leaflet about mattress comfort guides and advised that he was available if we needed help but wouldn't harrass us.We did accept his help and advice and bought a mattress and extras so well done Jake!

Staff assisted us in finding the right bed and mattress for our needs. Dean made very good recommendations, remaining sensitive to our price needs. No pressure to sell and full of information.

The assistance approached within a few minutes of my arrival I mentioned what I was looking for and he showed me one on display. All in all I was in the store for 20 mins and left with exactly what I wanted.

David the salesman was very patient with us , going from one bed to the other , then we went away to discuss and came back no pressure which is good , just a good experience

Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff (Colin) who assisted when required and gave us space as well. Gave us useful information.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly and guided us to the correct product for our needs and gve us a choose of beds to try. He was helpful and very knowledgable.

the staff could not do any more for us from daniel to manager all asking us if we would like tea or coffee at least three times very nice staff right from walking in the door

Our assistance Dean Peterborough) was excellent and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond his duties. I would definitely recommend him and make a point of asking for him again when we next visit. Not too pushy but excellent at his job
