Salesman had very good product knowledge, explained differences between items, explained price implications on different combinations all in all very pleased.

Everything was simple and easy with a friendly member of staff

Dean was very knowledgeable about your products and took time to explain the different mattress options. All the staff that I spoke with in the store were very helpful.

No pressure or pestering from staff members during the entire time spent in store. Offered a cup of tea as we entered and all the staff were extremely pleasant. The gentleman who served me called Dean was extremely pleasant and very helpful with my search and overall visit.

We were able to have a look around first without being constantly pestered every 2 minutes by a member of staff. After a short while, and a good browse, we were asked if we would like assistance to which we obliged. We tried out plenty off beds and often returned to a bed that we'd already laid on just so we could get comparisons between the different types of beds that were out there. Jake, the guy who assisted us, was more than happy to go from bed to bed to bed and talk us through the differences within each of the mattresses - a very knowledgeable chap. Nothing was too much trouble for him when it came to finding us the right mattress and also the perfect bed and headboard. All in all, a great experience at Dreams. Jake is a credit to the company.

On arrivel we were asked if we were OK we said fine thank and were left to have a look around which was nice but their was always someone around to ask for help if we needed it when we choose what we needed we asked dan d (231 ) he was only to happy to help chatty soul lovely person we will use you again without a dout thanks very much

I knew what I wanted and was very pleased with the swift service I got and the young man was very good.

Staff very helpful although I had to pay the full amount for the product rather than a holding deposit. Overall the process of ordering was a pleasant experience.

Service was very efficient and all questions answered but there was no ooverly pushy sales pitch which I often find annoying. Everyone very friendly who I spoke to during my 2 visits to the store, and patient with my children too.

The young gentleman that served us was very professional but friendly, seemed to know the products well and what would suit us best but also gave us time and space to make our decision so wasn't to forceful in what he recommended but gave the amount of assistance that we needed.
