As soon as we entered the store we didn't feel pressured into buying anything we was allowed to walk around on our own occourd, when we asked for assistance the staff were very clued up and helped us make a decision. The products were top notch.

Great product knowledge from Aaron and a friendly manner ensure we were able to select the perfect bed for us without feeling any sales pressure.

The store was well-laid out, cool and comfortable to shop in (on a very hot day). There was a wide range of different types of beds and mattresses to choose from. The staff member who helped me (Colin) was friendly and helpful and willing to spend time with me to show me all the options available. I was able to lie on the beds and compare the different mattresses in a leisurely way to make sure I was happy with my eventual choice.

The sales assistant was very polite, explained how the colour coding worked for the type of mattresses in store, he then suggested we wonder around and try different beds. After choosing some beds he then explained in detail the difference between all of them . The whole experience was very relaxing and informative, his product knowledge seemed endless. Finely he pointed out the special offer discounts for the day and sorted a very good price for us.

The young man that served me (Daniel in the Peterborough store) seemed very knowledgeable, listened to my requests and was very friendly in his manner. He alone made the buying experience a pleasant one.

We were really impressed with Daniel's knowledge and manner. We only intended to buy one mattress but ended up buying two. This was because Daniel took the time to show us not only something suitable for our spare bed (the one we intended to buy) but also the upper end of the scale that he thought we might like to know about at some point in the future for our own bed. He did not try and hard sell to us just offered information knowing we may not buy that one today. This was a great technique as even if we had not bought it today he had instilled in us that even your junior staff know what they are talking about so it would be worth coming back. We did buy a second mattress today though because we were impressed with both him and the product he was selling.

This was our 2nd visit to the store. as everyone will know that a new bed has to be right. we spent the whole afternoon there with Aaron. he was so helpful to all the mattresses and bed designs. trying out different pillows which also makes a huge difference to a good night sleep. there was no pressure at all from any of the staff. we ended up buying electric beds which was best to our needs. we have a 40 day guarantee that if we have chose the wrong mattress we can exchange . our overall experience in dreams that afternoon was of huge knowledge and would recommend dreams 100%. a huge thank you to Aaron and also the store manager David.
